Terms & Conditions

The Essentials

The terms for using our website and booking treatments with Aurelle + Aesthetics, under Singapore law.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aurelle + Aesthetics website and the booking of treatments and services with Aurelle + Aesthetics (UEN 202612318E) ("Aurelle", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website, booking an appointment, or receiving a treatment, you agree to these Terms. We will draw these Terms to your attention at the time of booking, and the cancellation, results and liability provisions in particular apply to every booking, however it is made. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2.1 About us

Aurelle + Aesthetics is a non-invasive aesthetics clinic located at 138 Robinson Road, #03-13 Oxley Tower, Singapore 068906. You can reach us at info@aurelleaestheticsg.com or +65 8987 7055.

2.2 Use of our website

You may use our website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. While we take care to keep the website accurate and up to date, content (including treatment descriptions and pricing) is provided for general information, may be indicative, and is subject to change without notice.

2.3 Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Aurelle + Aesthetics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the website without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Where you submit a review, testimonial, photo or other content to us, or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for our marketing, and you confirm you have the right to grant this licence. We will not publish a before-and-after image of you without your separate consent.

2.4 Bookings and appointments

Bookings are made through our third-party booking platform (Fresha), by WhatsApp, by telephone, or via our enquiry form. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us or through Fresha. When you book by WhatsApp, telephone or through Fresha, you accept these Terms and our cancellation policy, and we will provide a link to these Terms with your booking confirmation. Bookings made through Fresha are also subject to Fresha's own terms. We may decline or reschedule a booking, including where a treatment is assessed to be unsuitable for you.

2.5 Cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows and deposits

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment, so that we can offer the slot to another client. Where we take a booking deposit, we will tell you the amount and conditions before you pay, and the deposit is applied to your treatment cost. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend, we may retain the deposit (or charge a cancellation fee that was disclosed to you before booking) as a fair and reasonable estimate of our loss from the reserved slot, and no more than that amount. We understand emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as you can.

2.6 Pricing and payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may be updated; the price applicable to your treatment is the price confirmed to you at the time of booking or in clinic. First-visit and promotional rates are for new clients and may be limited to one redemption each, subject to any stated conditions. We accept the payment methods made available in clinic and through our booking and payment partners. You pay per session, with no obligation to purchase a package.

2.7 Nature of treatments; no medical advice; results

Our treatments are non-surgical aesthetic services delivered by trained therapists. Where a treatment uses an energy-based device (such as cryolipolysis or radiofrequency), it is carried out in accordance with applicable Singapore regulatory requirements and the device manufacturer's protocols. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on our website or in our communications should be relied upon as medical advice. If you have a medical condition or concern, please consult a qualified medical practitioner.

Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as your skin or body type, lifestyle, and how you follow aftercare guidance. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Any before-and-after images, testimonials or reviews we show reflect individual experiences only, are not edited to misrepresent outcomes, and are not a representation that you will achieve the same or typical results.

2.8 Eligibility, consultation and your responsibilities

Treatments are available to individuals aged 18 and above. Before treatment, we may carry out a consultation and ask about your health, skin or body concerns, allergies, medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, and other relevant matters. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, as this affects whether a treatment is safe and suitable for you. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting our duty to take reasonable care, we are not responsible for adverse effects or unsuitability arising from information you did not disclose, or from inaccurate or incomplete information you provided. We may decline or modify a treatment where we consider it unsuitable, and you agree to follow the aftercare guidance we provide.

2.9 Health, safety and contraindications

Certain treatments are not suitable for everyone. Some are specifically not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for clients with pacemakers or metal implants (for radiofrequency), or for those with certain skin conditions, photosensitivity, recent sun exposure, or other contraindications. We will screen for relevant contraindications at consultation and may decline treatment on safety grounds. If in doubt, please seek advice from your doctor before booking.

2.10 Risks and acknowledgement

You understand that, even when performed correctly, aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks and may cause temporary or, in rare cases, longer-lasting side effects, including redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, numbness, changes in skin sensation or pigmentation, and reactions to products or devices. We will explain the material risks relevant to your chosen treatment, and you will be asked to confirm your understanding and provide consent before treatment proceeds. Treatment outcomes and reactions vary between individuals. This clause does not limit our duty to take reasonable care, or our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.

2.11 Photography

We may, with your separate consent, take before-and-after photographs for your treatment records. We will not use your images for marketing or training without your specific, separate written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

2.12 Gift cards and memberships

Gift cards and any membership offering are subject to their own specific terms, which we will make available when you purchase or sign up. Unless stated otherwise, gift cards and membership benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where we are unable to provide the relevant service. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any expiry or validity period will be stated clearly.

2.13 Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law (including the Unfair Contract Terms Act and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act).

Subject always to the paragraph above (which is not limited), and to the extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, goodwill or opportunity; and (b) our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or any treatment is limited to the greater of (i) S$1,000 and (ii) the total amount you paid to us for the treatment(s) giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose.

2.14 Feedback and complaints

If you are unhappy with any treatment or service, please contact us at info@aurelleaestheticsg.com within a reasonable time so that we can investigate and seek to resolve it. Raising a concern with us does not affect your statutory rights.

2.15 Third-party services and links

Our website and communications may use or link to third-party services and platforms, including Fresha (bookings), WhatsApp (messaging), Google Maps (location) and social media. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

2.16 Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy in relation to personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails.

2.17 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services, our partners or the law. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. The Terms that apply to a particular booking are those in force at the time you make that booking; changes do not apply retrospectively to a confirmed booking. Your continued use of our website, or any new booking, after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

2.18 General

Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it or of our right to enforce it later. Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any treatment-specific or package terms we give you, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and services. Force majeure: we are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, equipment failure, utility or supplier failure, or government or public-health directions; where this happens we will offer to reschedule. Assignment: you may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent; we may assign these Terms to a successor of our business. Notices: notices to us may be sent to info@aurelleaestheticsg.com; notices to you will be sent to the contact details you provide. Third party rights: a person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these Terms, regardless of whether such person has been identified as a beneficiary.

2.19 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer under Singapore law. Nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing a claim before the Small Claims Tribunals of Singapore where your claim falls within its jurisdiction.

2.20 Contact
